Replace adoptionRate and bars; the percentage is a typed string and is not computed from the bars heights
getBarColor holds only 6 indigo shades, so a bars value above 6 yields an undefined class on the extra blocks
The header menu's DropdownMenuItem entries are inert and read Run Manual Check and View History, so rename and wire them
Each page.tsx only centers Stats in a padded wrapper; mount Stats from components/stats.tsx inside your own layout
Stats takes no props, fetches nothing and wires no handler, so add props for your own figures and callbacks
