Agent notes

Replace the cards array in data.tsx; each entry sets color, icon, value, title, desc and cta
The dark cta bar is an anchor with a literal href of #, so add a URL field to HeroCard and bind it
The card text is fixed white, so a light color value makes the desc and value unreadable
Each page.tsx only centers Stats in a padded wrapper; mount Stats from components/stats.tsx inside your own layout
Stats takes no props, fetches nothing and wires no handler, so add props for your own figures and callbacks
