# Shadcn Users blocks

> Team, role, member, access, invite, and account governance pages.

- Type: Pro blocks (Solutions)
- Page: https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users
- Blocks: 7
- Installs with a ReUI Pro or Ultimate license; setup: https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/license-setup

## When to use

- Workspace admin pages for people: a members directory, one member's record and the invitations queue
- Access control work: a role by permission matrix, just in time access requests and a day grouped audit log
- Enterprise sign-in settings for SSO providers, SCIM provisioning, 2FA, session limits and email domains

## When not to use

- A person editing their own account: avatar, name, email, password and notification choices: use the [Profile blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/profile.md)
- A table section of your own records, with no roles, sign-in methods or invites around it: use the [Base blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/data-grid/base.md)
- Notification, appearance or integration options, with no people or SSO to manage: use the [Settings blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/settings.md)

## Agent notes

- Every page.tsx sets a padded `min-h-svh` wrapper, and page.tsx or the root caps the max width; drop both inside your app shell
- Feedback goes through sonner `toast` and no block mounts a Toaster, so render one in your layout or no message appears
- No block sends a request or writes storage: state sits in `useState` or uncontrolled inputs, so every change resets on reload

## Third-party libraries

- Sonner v2: [API reference](https://sonner.emilkowal.ski/toast), [docs](https://sonner.emilkowal.ski/getting-started), used by 7 of 7 blocks
- TanStack Table v9: [API reference](https://tanstack.com/table/v9/docs/framework/react/reference/index), [docs](https://tanstack.com/table/v9/docs/framework/react/quick-start), used by 4 of 7 blocks

## Blocks

- [Member Directory](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-1.md): Workspace Members Directory Grid with Roles, SSO/2FA Status, and Bulk Role Actions. Best for the whole roster with SSO provider and 2FA badges, team tags, rule filters and a bulk role picker for selected members.
- [Member Detail](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-2.md): Member Detail Page with Sidebar Tabs for Access, Authentication, and Sessions. Best for a single member's page, with a tab rail for roles and teams, sign-in factors, devices to sign out, past activity and a danger zone.
- [Permission Matrix](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-3.md): Workspace roles and permissions access matrix with locked Owner column and grouped scope toggles. Best for switches for 6 roles across 8 permission groups, a locked Owner column, grant counts per role and a new role dialog.
- [Invitations](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-4.md): Invitations Queue Data Grid with Status Filter and Bulk Resend or Revoke. Best for sent invites with expiry flagged within 2 days, a copy link action and a multi email dialog with a role per address.
- [Access Requests](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-5.md): Just-in-Time Access Request Queue with Inline Approvals and Policy Review. Best for access grants requested for 4h up to permanent, each with a justification, pass, warn or fail policy checks and a blocked count.
- [Access Audit Log](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-6.md): Day-Grouped Audit Log Timeline with Expandable Event Details and CSV Export. Best for auth, role, SSO, session and API events that expand to actor, source IP and session id, each with a copyable reference.
- [SSO & SCIM](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/users/solution-users-7.md): Enterprise SSO and SCIM Security Settings Page with Policy Controls. Best for identity provider rows with a Test action, a masked SCIM token to reveal or rotate, and a View as Member mode that disables each section.

Every ReUI item has a twin like this one; the index is https://web.dev.reui.io/llms.txt. Agents with the ReUI MCP (https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/mcp) get the same guidance from the getters named above.
