# Shadcn CRM blocks

> Sales CRM pages for founders, agencies, and startups managing leads and deals.

- Type: Pro blocks (Solutions)
- Page: https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm
- Blocks: 9
- Installs with a ReUI Pro or Ultimate license; setup: https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/license-setup

## When to use

- A sales team's deal work: a pipeline board, a deal grid, a forecast call or the record of one deal
- The contact side of sales: a contacts directory, an activity log across accounts and a CSV import
- A sales overview of open pipeline, weighted forecast and win rate above the open deals

## When not to use

- Cards for tasks or tickets moved across columns, with no deal value or close date: use the [Kanban Board blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/kanban-board.md)
- A records table with sorting, paging and row selection, outside a sales context: use the [Base blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/data-grid/base.md)
- A side panel for one record that is not a deal, such as an order or a user: use the [Sheet blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/sheet.md)

## Agent notes

- Each block sizes its page with `min-h-svh`, or `h-svh` on the Deal Desk, in page.tsx or its root component; size it from your app shell instead
- Every change lives in `useState` or a `useReducer` store and resets on reload; no block calls an API or writes to storage

## Blocks

- [Pipeline Dashboard](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-1.md): Sales Pipeline CRM Dashboard with Metric Charts and Open-Deals Grid. Best for open pipeline, weighted forecast and win rate sparklines over a deal grid with probability rings, a favorite star and a stage filter.
- [Deal Board](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-2.md): CRM deal pipeline kanban board with risk signals and confidence scores. Best for deal cards across 6 stages, a Blocked, Risk or Clear signal tinting each confidence bar, and stage columns that drag to reorder.
- [Contacts Directory](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-3.md): CRM Contacts Grid with Bulk Owner Assignment and Detail Sheet. Best for a people directory with Lead to Customer lifecycle badges, bulk owner assignment, an add to list action and a contact sheet.
- [Deal Sheet](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-4.md): CRM Deal Detail Sheet with Inline Stage Select and Win Probability. Best for a right side overlay for one deal: key fields, financials, deal team, next step and a stage pick that sets win probability.
- [Activity Timeline](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-5.md): CRM Activity Timeline with Day Buckets, Type and Owner Filters. Best for a cross account feed of calls, emails, meetings, notes and tasks in day buckets, with outcome badges and expandable details.
- [CSV Import](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-6.md): Five-Step CRM CSV Import Wizard with Column Mapping and Validation. Best for a 5 step CSV import that maps 8 columns to CRM fields, flags preview rows and sets skip, update or create for duplicates.
- [Pipeline Workspace](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-7.md): CRM Deal Pipeline Workspace with Table, Board, Calendar and Timeline Views. Best for gantt bar ends and calendar chips that drag to re-date deals, over the same records as a grouped table and stage board.
- [Forecast Call](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-8.md): CRM Forecast Call Workspace with Call Lanes, Rep Rollups and Target Attainment. Best for pipeline, Best case, Commit and Omit call lanes under a stacked target bar with pace and gap, a rep picker and hygiene chips.
- [Deal Desk](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/crm/solution-crm-9.md): CRM Deal Desk with Deal Queue, Stage Path, Line Items and Buyer Conversation. Best for a full page deal record whose amount sums discounted line items, with a stalled in stage flag and the owner's other deals.

Every ReUI item has a twin like this one; the index is https://web.dev.reui.io/llms.txt. Agents with the ReUI MCP (https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/mcp) get the same guidance from the getters named above.
