## Agent notes

- `PROOF_POINTS` sets the 3 check labels and each `ringDelay`; the delays sit 1.8s apart across a 5.4s ring cycle, so retime them if the count changes
- The planet photo in `PHOTO` is cut by `PLANET_MASK` and lit through `DISC` and `SUN` in planet.tsx; all are fitted to that one image
