# Support Metrics block

> Support metrics stat card grid with colored icon tiles and status badges

Three-column support KPI grid: each Frame card pairs a colored bordered icon tile with a bold value, label, and status Badge (tickets, resolved rate, satisfaction). ReUI Frame, Badge, shadcn Item. For support dashboards and service overview stats.

- Type: Pro block
- Category: [Stats](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/stats.md)
- Page: https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/stats/stats-12
- MCP: `get_block("stats-12")`
- Built with: Badge, Frame, Item
- Installs with a ReUI Pro or Ultimate license; setup: https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/license-setup

## Best for

Support desk tiles for tickets, resolution and satisfaction, each an icon tile over the value, closing on a free text badge

## Agent notes

- Replace the `cards` array in data.tsx; each entry sets `icon`, `iconBg`, `value`, `label` and an `info` badge
- The status badge in `info` holds hard coded text such as 12 Open, 308 Closed, so compute it from your real ticket counts

## When not to use

- Tiles that show an up or down trend and close on a reporting date range: use [Analytics Overview](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/stats/stats-8.md) (`get_block("stats-8")`)
- A single card holding stacked metric rows, each row with a details arrow: use [Order KPI List](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/list/list-1.md) (`get_block("list-1")`)

## Install

```bash
npx shadcn@latest add @reui/stats-12
```

## About Stats blocks

### When to use

- A row of 3 or 4 KPI tiles to sit above the content of a page you already have
- One metric card that pairs a headline figure with a meter, a split bar or supporting rows
- A card already written for one topic: leads, tasks, quota, compliance, renewals, adoption, balance or capacity

### When not to use

- Tiles on a dotted, halftone or line grid backdrop, or records such as profiles or jobs: use the [Card blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/card.md)
- A metric whose value carries a small trend drawn beside or under it: use the [Sparkline blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/chart/sparkline.md)
- A whole overview page with a header, summary tiles and a work list or trend under them: use the [Dashboard blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/dashboard.md)

### Agent notes

- Each page.tsx only centers `Stats` in a padded wrapper; mount `Stats` from components/stats.tsx inside your own layout
- `Stats` takes no props, fetches nothing and wires no handler, so add props for your own figures and callbacks

Every ReUI item has a twin like this one; the index is https://web.dev.reui.io/llms.txt. Agents with the ReUI MCP (https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/mcp) get the same guidance from the getters named above.
