## Best for

Webhook routes whose tooltip alerts flag delivery lag and stale signing secrets, with copy URL, rotate secret and a pause switch

## Agent notes

- Keep `lastDelivery` as 2m ago and `secretRotation` as 12d ago in `ENDPOINTS`, or edit `parseMinutesAgo` and `parseRotationDaysAgo`, since the alerts read both
- Manage, View deliveries and Add Endpoint only call `showEndpointToast`; Rotate secret, Remove and the pause switch edit local `endpoints` state, not an API
