## Best for

A single meeting recorder card whose selects describe each option, with a notes prompt, output checkboxes and a timed Save spinner

## Agent notes

- Replace the sample `CAPTURE_MODE_OPTIONS`, `CONSENT_OPTIONS`, `TEMPLATE_OPTIONS`, `OUTPUT_OPTIONS` and `DEFAULT_VALUES`
- `handleSubmit` waits 1200 ms in `window.setTimeout` and then shows a toast, so call your API there and keep `isSubmitting` in sync
- `handleReset` restores `DEFAULT_VALUES` rather than the last saved settings, so load saved values into state to reset to them
