## Best for

A full height board that opens with 5 of 8 columns folded into rails, with a deal value and an assignee stack on each card

## Agent notes

- Replace `BOARD_TASKS`, `BOARD_COLUMNS` and the `PEOPLE` roster in data.tsx with your own cards, stages and assignees
- Folded columns start from `DEFAULT_COLLAPSED_COLUMN_IDS` and live in `collapsedColumns` local state, so the fold resets on reload
- The Filters, Columns and New card buttons and every `AddCardButton` render with no `onClick` handler

### Agent notes

- Board order lives in `useState` seeded from data.tsx and `onValueChange` only writes it back, so every move is lost on reload
- Filters, the create button and every other toolbar or column add button render without an `onClick` handler
- A `KanbanColumnHandle` in the column header lets users reorder stages by drag; remove it where stage order is fixed
