## Best for

A sign-in policy page with 7 line tabs and status dots, a Preview, Staging or Production target and lockout rules

## Agent notes

- Every `Switch`, `Input` and `RadioGroup` sets only a default and each `SelectControl` keeps private state, so `handleSubmit` has no values to save
- `AUTH_TABS` hardcodes the tab status dots and the Pro badge, and `USER_MODEL_FIELDS` is a static summary the User Model controls never update
- Discard only calls `showAuthToast` and resets nothing, and the Update rules button on the Username tab is disabled with no handler
