## Agent notes

- Replace `GOAL_OPTIONS`, `TEMPLATE_OPTIONS`, `SOURCE_OPTIONS`, `STAKEHOLDERS` and the hardcoded `app.reui.dev` Workspace URL prefix with your own
- `handleSubmit` waits a fixed 1200 ms in `window.setTimeout` and toasts only `goal` and `source`; company, slug and notes are uncontrolled inputs
- The Save Draft `Button` has no click handler, so it does nothing; wire it beside `handleSubmit` or remove it
