## Best for

A single Card profile with a date and half hour slot availability picker, specialty chips and an available to hire switch

## Agent notes

- Replace `DEFAULT_PROFILE_FORM_VALUES`, `SPECIALTY_OPTIONS` and `AVAILABILITY_TIME_SLOTS`, whose open and blocked slots repeat for every date
- `handleSubmit` reads no field, and name, company, phone, specialties and the hire `Switch` stay uncontrolled through `defaultValue` or `defaultChecked`
- Cancel only shows a discarded toast through `showProfileToast` and restores nothing, and the photo stays a local `useFileUpload` preview
