## Agent notes

- Add app only calls `setOpen`; connect the app in `selectedAppId` from that handler
- The `Kbd` shortcut hint in the search field is bound to no key; search takes focus on open through `initialFocus`
- Replace `CONNECT_APP_RECORDS` and the copy in `CONNECT_APP_SURFACE` in data.tsx with your integrations
