## Agent notes

- Cancel plan only calls `setOpen`; send `selectedReasonIds` and `feedback` to your billing API from there
- The warning `Alert` Manage button has no handler, and Dismiss only hides it through `noticeVisible`
- Replace `CANCELLATION_REASON_OPTIONS` in data.ts, and reword `FEEDBACK_PLACEHOLDER`, which names ReUI
