# Royalty Payouts block

> Creator royalty payout dashboard with sweep-lane payout control and a sortable ledger DataGrid

Creator finance desk to clear royalties: command band with claimable balance, receipts vs buffer area chart, payout buffer progress and sweep lanes, plus a searchable ledger. ReUI Frame, Badge, DataGrid; shadcn Calendar, Select, DropdownMenu, Chart.

- Type: Pro block
- Category: [Dashboard](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/dashboard.md)
- Page: https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/dashboard/dashboard-8
- MCP: `get_block("dashboard-8")`
- Built with: Badge, Breadcrumb, Button, Calendar, Chart, Data Grid, Dropdown Menu, Frame, Input, Item, Popover, Select, Separator
- Installs with a ReUI Pro or Ultimate license; setup: https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/license-setup

## Best for

A payout desk where one picked range windows the pace chart and a channel filtered ledger, beside sweep lane balances and a buffer meter

## Agent notes

- Replace `PAYOUT_RAILS` and `LEDGER_ENTRIES`; `summary` ignores the range, sums lane balances and meters all Pending and In Review rows plus fees on the buffer
- Replace the formula built `ROYALTY_DAYS` and move `DEMO_NOW`, which the range presets, calendar end, header date and today's partial chart slots derive from
- Split, Sync, Tune Buffer, Export and the ledger row actions only call `announce`, which sets the status line and fires a `toast`

## When not to use

- Retail orders with revenue against plan and a sales channel split: use [Retail Revenue](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/dashboard/dashboard-7.md) (`get_block("dashboard-7")`)
- Fulfillment exceptions picked in bulk by checkbox, with a count beside each status filter: use [Fulfillment Exceptions](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/dashboard/dashboard-1.md) (`get_block("dashboard-1")`)

## About Dashboard blocks

### When to use

- A full page overview: a header, a row of summary tiles, then a trend chart, a work list or both
- A team home for fulfillment, product modules, timesheets, staffing, calls, security, revenue or payouts

### When not to use

- One trend panel to drop into a page layout you already have: use the [Area Chart blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/chart/area-chart.md)
- A strip of KPI tiles on its own, with nothing under it: use the [Stats blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/application/stats.md)
- Product usage reporting on activation, cohorts, events or experiments: use the [Analytics blocks](https://web.dev.reui.io/blocks/solutions/analytics.md)

### Agent notes

- Each block sets its own `min-h-svh` wrapper, padding and max width in page.tsx, its root component or both; strip them inside an app shell

Every ReUI item has a twin like this one; the index is https://web.dev.reui.io/llms.txt. Agents with the ReUI MCP (https://web.dev.reui.io/docs/mcp) get the same guidance from the getters named above.
