## Best for

Text only notices with an accent label such as Reminder or Tip over one line of copy, with no icons or links

## Agent notes

- Replace `CARDS` in data.tsx; each notice is a short `title` label over one `description` line
- `CardItem` renders only `card.title` and `card.description`, with no close, link or action; add one if a notice must be dismissed
- `CardGrid` keys notices by `card.title`, so 2 notices that share a label such as Reminder collide

## When not to use

### When not to use
