## Agent notes

- Replace `CARDS` in data.tsx; every `titleHref` is a placeholder link, and `frameBg` and `headerTextColor` hold each card's tint classes
- The Edit and Duplicate `DropdownMenuItem` entries in `CardItem` have no handler; wire them to your own report actions
