## Agent notes

- Replace `RAIL_ITEMS`, `WORKSPACE_TABS` and `OPERATOR` in data.tsx with your own sections, tabs and signed in user
- The Search and Sign out buttons in `FleetRail` have no click handlers, so wire them to your search and auth
- The `railItem` state only lights the active rail button, so route each of the 9 sections to its own page
