## Agent notes

- Replace `SECTION_NAV`, `SIDEBAR_NAV`, `NOTIFICATIONS` and `OPERATOR` in data.tsx with your own sections, routes, alerts and user
- The New Mission button and the Fleet Preferences, Access Rules and Data Sync rows in `TopbarActions` have no click handlers
- The `SearchMenu` dialog in the top bar has no change handler or result list, so wire it to robot and mission search
