## Best for

A floating sidebar with a Cmd+K search button up top and the workspace switcher at its foot, beside a breadcrumb of avatar crumbs

## Agent notes

- Replace `NAV_MAIN`, `NAV_SECONDARY` and `WORKSPACES` in data.tsx, and the Workspace and @shadcn crumbs hardcoded in `AppHeader`
- Any `badge` on a `NAV_MAIN` item draws a pulsing green dot in `LeafNavItem`; the value itself, such as Revenue's 14, never renders
- The `SearchForm` dialog holds a lone `Input` with no results or handler, and New Organization in `NavWorkspace` has no `onClick`
