## Best for

A view toolbar of List, Kanban, Calendar and Dashboard tabs with Sort, View and Filter toggles, beside a secondary nav that folds away

## Agent notes

- Every `SECONDARY_NAV` key points at the same `SOURCE_SECTIONS`, so the secondary nav never changes with the rail; give each `RAIL_NAV` id its own
- `WorkspaceContent` takes no `activeView`, so the List, Kanban, Calendar and Dashboard tabs all show the same dashed cards
- Sort, View, Filter and Search only toggle `activeAction`, and Reports, Add, `RAIL_FOOTER_ACTIONS` and the section plus buttons do nothing
