## Best for

A header of Cmd+K search, notifications, a 6 app grid and a user menu with a theme picker, over a page toolbar and a links footer

## Agent notes

- Replace `NAV_GROUPS`, `ACTIVE_PROJECTS`, `APPS`, `NOTIFICATIONS` and `FOOTER_LINKS` in data.tsx; a nav child with `disabled` shows a Soon badge
- Export and New Report in `PageToolbar`, the `ITEM_ACTIONS` rows and the notification Approve and Accept buttons have no click handler
- Render your page in the `main` region between `PageToolbar` and `SiteFooter`, in place of the dashed tiles
