## Agent notes

- Replace `NAV_MAIN`, `ACTIVE_PROJECTS`, `WORKSPACES` and `NOTIFICATIONS` in data.tsx, and `AI_USAGE` in spending-limit.tsx
- The Auto Refresh `Switch` only flips local `autoRefresh` state, and New order and the Refresh, Export and Settings menu items have no handler
- The `ITEM_ACTIONS` rows, the notification Approve and Join buttons and Mark all as read render with no click handler
