## Best for

A watch and stop feed with no approval gates, headed by the requester's avatar and start time, counting files touched and tools called

## Agent notes

- Replace `RUN_META`, whose owner `avatar` is an Unsplash URL, and `STEPS`; each step's `raw` line feeds the Raw view and the exported transcript
- `stopRun` and `rerun` only change local `cutFrom`, `at` and `paused` state and fire a `toast`; `rerun` restarts at `START_AT`, so 2 steps reappear done
- The Open file, Open in console and Open in tracker row actions only fire a `toast`; Download Log saves `buildTranscript` text as `run-log.txt`

### Agent notes

- Each page.tsx pads a top aligned `min-h-svh` wrapper around `AgentActivity`, whose root caps at `max-w-xl` or `max-w-2xl`; drop the wrapper in your layout
- Each run is replayed from the block's data file on `setTimeout` timers; drive the same state from your agent's events instead
- Each block calls `toast` from `sonner` but mounts no toaster, so those messages stay hidden until your layout renders one
